eStara Announces Partnership with Leading Contact Center Solutions Provider to Resell Click to Call  

Reston, Va. (June 12, 2006) – eStara, the leading provider of click to call, chat and call tracking solutions that convert online sales, today announced a  partnership with BCE Elix, a Bell Canada company focused exclusively on contact center solutions.  Through the partnership, BCE Elix will resell eStara’s Click to Call technology as part of its contact center portfolio.  .

eStara’s Click to Call allows online customers to interact, via voice, with a contact center agent  with the click of a button.  Conversations can be conducted  through the user’s PC,  or via phone, by requesting an immediate callback from the contact center.

A core capability of eStara’s Click to Call offering is the ability to pass all relevant session information in context to an agent for a richer dialogue as consumers move from the Web to a voice session.  Cross-channel data passing ensures a seamless continuity of experience, by transferring information at the time of call initiation.  Information can be displayed directly on the agent's screen, or can be used to trigger lookups into the company’s own databases for a complete view of the customer (i.e. customer records, purchase history, billing information, etc.).  This capability rounds out BCE Elix’s suite of multi-channel contact technologies that include e-mail, Web chat and Web page synchronization.
